When Julien Haussy, founder of the Espaces Atypiques real estate agency network, contacted interior designer Véronique Cotrel, he had just found this beautiful apartment located on the top floor of a 17th century mansion in the heart of the Marais in Paris. The duplex was outdated and partitioned, and needed a total renovation.
